Michael D. Boyer
Michael brings years of business experience in engineering, management and consulting. Since 1983, his leadership and counsel have focused on the implementation of lean principles in service of organizational performance through large system transformation, strategic planning and deployment, value chain management, and continuous process improvement. Michael has engaged with large and small organizations in multiple industries. He has worked closely with clients in providing the leadership and insight necessary for a comprehensive transition from traditional methods and results to a preferred future with exceptional financial returns, and has guided these organizations, through improvement and learning, from initial concept to performance excellence. His analytical and technical skills, combined with management experience allowed him to bring each these groups to a world-class status.

Prior to consulting, Michael has held top management positions in operations, engineering, strategic planning, quality, human resources and finance with both large and small firms.

He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, an MBA in Engineering Management, and a PhD in Organizational Management.
