Strategy Deployment
Strategy should be deployed to every level and reflected in every team and employee’s daily operations. All activities and endeavors need to be aligned toward the company’s one-year plans and broader visions.
Daily Management System (DMS)
DMS connects the strategy to the people and operations. Daily Tiered Readiness Huddles (DTRS) ensures all team members are ready and able to execute their daily plans and gives a route of communicating any issues. Leadership is regularly informed of operational conditions. Leader Standard Work (LSW) helps leaders develop team members while also finding time to complete their own big-picture objectives.
Value Stream Improvement
According to Toyota Production System founder, Taiichi Ohno, it is essential that companies reduce the amount of time between receiving an order and the payment for that order. Most organizations we work with are able to reduce their Order to Cash lead time by over 50%.
LFD aims to provide seamless operations day-to-day at every level of the organization via the optimal physical layout. Our team pioneered LFD in healthcare over twenty years ago. LFD projects are typically completed below budget and with a faster timeline than traditional design and construction methods. With this method, our goal is to create a facility complete with DMS and Standard Work for all levels so that operations run smoothly starting on day one.
Six Sigma
Using statistical methods, Six Sigma improves the output of processes by reducing errors and variation. Fluent in the Six Sigma approach, our team can advise your organization about the best time to deploy these methods. Computer Simulations
We model real operational situations to study “what if” scenarios. The scenarios produced offer a wider range of considerations than would have been possible without the simulations.
